A brief résumé of my work.

1966-1970 Apprentice photographer - Yes, the old fashioned learning from an expert!

1971-1987 Photographer for Ministry of Defence including 13 years travelling the world as Press photographer for Soldier Magazine.

Was one of only 3 civilian photographers to cover the Falklands Conflict in 1982.

1987 Started out as a freelance “Social” photographer and been doing it ever since - I LOVE IT.

Awarded my Fellowship in Illustrative photography in August 2009 by the Master Photographers Association.

Gained my Diploma in Photographic Practice in October 2011

Awarded Master Craftsman in the Guild of Photographers 2011.

I gained my Fellowship in 2007 and was awarded a Presidential Award in 2006 for services to the industry by The Master Photographer’s Association

Over the many years I’ve been a professional photographer I have also held Associateship’s  with the SWPP and the RPS.  
I was also awarded Master Craftsman by The Guild of Photography.

Although now retired from social photography Paul now mentors fellow professional photographers as well as giving talks and seminars about his photographic career.
His talks on The Falklands Conflict in 1982 can be aimed at either a general audience or tailored for selected groups with general interest or either the historical side or the photographic work he did in the war there.

He has given many lectures on cruise ships adding entertainment as well as helping people with their own photography.
